THE ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF METHODS OF THE CENTRAL REGULATION OF WATER SYSTEMS OF HEATING
Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev
The comparative technical and economic analysis of efficiency of three methods of the central regulation of water systems of heating – qualitative, quantitative and periodic. As criteria of comparison the meanings of normative technological losses for a heating season (heat transfer, with outflow and on filling) heat-carrier are considered by transfer of a thermal energy on 2-pipes networks by thermal capacity of 1000 kWt and length 1000 m for Nizhni Novgorod climatic zone and operational expenses of electrical energy by network pumps (under condition of their job on the maximal efficiency). At qualitative regulation the constant submission of network water under the heating temperature diagram 95-70 0С is accepted, at quantitative - constancy of temperatures of direct and return water 95 and 30 0С accordingly at the variable charge of the heat-carrier, at periodic - constant submission of network water with periodic inclusion - deenergizing of torches of boiler (inclusion on maximal heat power with temperature of water, submitted in a network, 95 0С - at achievement of temperature of return water 30 0С and deenergizing at achievement of temperature of return water 70 0С).
Keywords: systems of water heating, methods of the central regulation (qualitative, quantitative and periodic), normative meanings of technological losses by transfer of a thermal energy on heat supply networks, consumption of electrical energy by network pumps, operational expenses, comparative technical and economic analysis.

OPTIMAL DESIGN OF BEAM STRUCTURES FOR STRESS AND
BANDS OF FEASIBLE NATURAL FREQUENCIES CONSTRAINTS
1 Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev
2 Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod
The multi-parametric optimization problem for minimal weight of beam structures for stress and bands of feasible natural frequency constraints is formulated. Both node coordinates and element cross-sectional areas, sectional dimensions are varied simultaneously. The analytic sensitivity analysis of simple natural frequencies is performed. The optimal design is attained by solving a sequence of quadratic programming problems. The proposed method is examined with medium complexity beam structures and is shown to be effective and reliable.
Keywords: optimization, analytical sensitivity analysis, linear elastic beam structures, non-multiple natural frequencies.
