EXPERIMENTAL AND THEORETICAL RESEARCH OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SANDY SOIL

The article defines the mobility of transport and technological vehicles. The influence of various factors on trafficability and efficiency of movement is considered. The basic parameters, that are sufficient for the calculation of traction force and resistance to movement, are shown. The technique of definition of physical and mechanical characteristics of the sandy soil of support base is presented. There is given an example of the calculation of the basic characteristics: humidity, volumetric density of the soil, deformation module, angle of internal friction, and internal cohesion in the soil. Analytical dependences for calculation of the parameters are shown. The graphs of the statistical distribution of the parameters are presented.

APPLICATION OF NUMERICAL METHOD FOR CALCULATION OF RESTORING FORCES AND MOMENTSA DISPLACEMENT VESSEL IN THE STUDY OF ITS DYNAMICS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OFEXTERNAL FORCES OF WIND AND WAVES CONDITIONS

This article deals with the buoyancy, stability and dynamics of a displacement vessel with a complex external influence in terms of wind and waves; a mathematical model of dynamics of the vessel; characterized by a set of external forces and their methods of presentation. The main forces are the hydrostatic restoring forces and moments, to determine which part of the mathematical model is proposed to apply a numerical method for partitioning the instantaneous wetted surface of the hull in the small area boundary and summing them pressure forces. As examples of the results of test calculations of free oscillations of the body, receiving a large load and dynamic heeling moment due to wind squall applications. Present the results of the calculation of vessel longitudinal dynamics on the excitement and the emergence of parametric resonance. This method significantly increases the number of design situations in which to perform the analysis of the stability of vessels.

DEFINITION OF CHARACTERISTICS OF NOT SELF-PROPELLED FLOATING CRANE

Building of stationary, self-elevating and other kinds of the chisel platforms intended for conducting of investigation and extraction of hydrocarbonic raw materials in the sea, is conducted with use of floating cranes. The limited data on designing of floating cranes abroad and absence of sufficient domestic experience do not allow to develop a reliable technique of their calculation. The work purpose - to define characteristics of the floating crane at an early stage of the project using the generalised dependences offered by V.G.Zinkovskim-Gorbatenko and E.A.Kravtsov. In calculations statistical dependences for the definition, close to optimum, values of characteristics of projected object and real intervals of their change are used. Results of calculation have shown conformity to initial requirements of the floating crane load-carrying capacity 500 т, affinity to characteristics of maintained floating cranes and, the used approach in a combination to the chosen prototype is applicable for designing self-propelled and not selfpropelled of floating cranes.

THE CONCEPT OF AN EASY AMPHIBIOUS AIR-CUSHION VEHICLE WITH FLEXIBLE PROTECTION BOTTLE TYPE
FOR CONDITIONS OF VIETNAM

High cost and constructive complexity amphibian air-cushion vehicle (AACV) of traditional type have led to a wide circulation of more simple small (lungs) СВП with ГО bottle the type, combining low cost and wide enough functionality. From positions of the system approach, the environment of existence of lungs AACV in the conditions of Vietnam is considered. The basic subsystems of environment – target, natural and counteracting are in detail considered. Their characteristics are given. Proceeding from these characteristics conceptual requirements to the basic qualities AACV on the basis of a principle of their adequacy to subsystems of the environment of existence are defined. The target subsystem believes use AACV as a part of Sea police as patrol courts, in public services as разъездных courts, and also as salvage ships for the fishermen leaving on a coastal craft. Elements of counteracting system are a wind, storm, and also coastal shallow coral reeves, seaweed in устьях the largest rivers. According to it the number of the basic conceptual qualities included navigation area restriction, the pool category – I excitement 3 points (wave height h3 %<1.2), coastal swimming with removal from coast of 12 miles. Proceeding from a serving subsystem, dimensions of rigid case ASVP on width it is limited by size 2.5 m. modes of swimming of a vessel in sea conditions Aspects of effect of conditions of the Vietnamese industry on feature of design solutions AACV for Vietnam are considered.

THE ANALYSIS OF ACCOUNTS OF NORMATIVE MEANINGS OF TECHNOLOGICAL LOSSES BY TRANSFER OF A THERMAL ENERGY

ON CONSUMERS NETWORKS OF HEAT SUPPLY SYSTEMS WITH THE PURPOSE OF REDUCTION OF OPERATIONAL EXPENSES

The comparative technical and economic analysis of normative meanings of technological losses (heat transfer, with outflow and on filling) heat-carrier is offered by transfer of a thermal energy till two pipelines water networks of heat supply systems of the consumers (heating and hot water supply) most widespread diameters of pipelines out - and underground channel lining. The normative meanings of losses of a thermal energy are considered for pipelines, where thermal isolation jobs were carried out in the following periods: in 1989 year and earlier; 1990-1997 years; 1998-2003 years; since 2004 year till the present time. The recommendations for terms of replacement of out-of-date sites of thermal isolation for reduction of operational expenses are resulted.

Presented general approach to the development of programs of resource tests to justify the renewal terms of operation of vessels and apparatuses after working out the calculated resource of welded joints.Considered the stages of formation and growth of a fatigue crack. The possibility of reproducing the conditions of fatigue failure of field objects when testing smallsized welded assemblies is shown.
