THEORETICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF INSTALLATION OF GAS BALLOON EQUIPMENT
FOR THE HANDLING OF THE BAS PAZ 32054

1Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev

2Nizhny Novgorod state pedagogical university of a name of Kozma Minin

The paper presents the results of theoretical studies of the effect of installing gas-cylinder equipment for the handling of the bus the PAZ 32054. Studies were conducted on the basis of flat design single-bus model in the regimes of uniform circular motion and a quick single turn of the steering wheel. Calculation of the static vertical loads on the axles of the vehicle in a wide range of uniform loading of the bus passengers and the values of the parameters describing the estimated model. In conclusion, the work conducted quantitative assessment of the controllability of the bus and identifies future research directions to refine the calculated values.

Key words: controllability of the bus, the static understeer of the bus, conversion vehicle, gas equipment.

STANDS FOR TESTING AMORTIZERS OF SUSPENSION OF CARS AND FOR DETERMINING THE MOMENTS

OF THE INERTIA OF A CAR MODEL

Togliatti State University

There are descriptions of two stands: a stand for determining the characteristics of shock absorbers of cars, and a stand for determining the moments of inertia of the car model. The technique for determining the moments of inertia of the car model around the transverse, longitudinal and vertical axes is given.

Key words: stand, suspension, test, shock absorber, car, moment of inertia.

IMITATING TEST METHODS OF THE EQUIPMENT OF HYDROFOILS

Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev

We described the designs of imitating means for tests of the ship equipment and devices in building slip conditions. We proved the relevance of use of imitating test methods at serial construction of vessels. We described the features of use of imitating devices for tests. We analyzed the influence of set of certain factors on an operating mode of the propeller. We illustrated the dependence of the coefficient of the moment of a propeller on Froude's number with various depth of immersion. We made conclusions concerning tests and the end of construction of vessels at their serial construction.

Key words: hydrofoils, imitating means, tests.

EVALUATION OF ROTARY-SCREW VEHICLE SEAWORTHINESS

IN THE EARLY DESIGN STAGES

Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev

Presents a vehicle with a rotary-screw propulsion. Presents a vehicle with a rotary-screw propulsion. This vehicle can start, stop and maneuver through the water like a boat, and navigate through a variety of surfaces - from ice to swamps, mud, etc. to work in all weather conditions, making it possible to access virtually any location to relax, work, for search and rescue, landing and other military operations. When on the water surface moving vehicle must have a seaworthy. For studies and calculations to identify and assess theoretical drawing circuit in the three projections of the vehicle concerned. From which it is possible to investigate and to calculate the parameters characterizing the initial buoyancy and stability of the machine. In studying the propulsion of the vehicle with a rotary-screw driver of the authors approached by considering the statistical number of similar machines. It was conducted analysis of information on the characteristics of movement on the water vehicle of this type. In the selection of the information special attention to parameters such as driving speed on the water, the geometric dimensions of vehicles, engine power and weight of vehicles. To systematize the analysis of the data was built inertial energy dependence of the vehicle when driving on the water.

Key words: the vehicle, rotary-screw propeller, the geometric model, the theoretical drawing diagram seaworthiness.

DESIGN FEATURES OF HIGH-SPEED CATAMARAN OF MODULAR  DESIGN WITH ELEMENTS FROM COMPOSITES

FOR THE RIVERS OF SIBERIA AND THE FAR EAST

JSC «Neptun-Sudomontazh», Dolgoprudny

The article describes the features of the operation of vessels on the small side and the rivers of Siberia and the Far East. There are the basic characteristics and the design of high-speed catamaran modular design. The vessel has a hull made of steel. The vessel has a wheelhouse and superstructure made of composites. The ship has a passenger, freight and cargo modifications. There are the calculation of consumables vessel characteristics depending on the passenger capacity, the power and speed. There are optimal combinations of power and speed characteristics for this vessel according to the criterion of economic efficiency within the specified operating conditions.

Key words: Siberia and the Far East, small rivers, a high-speed catamaran, modular principles, economic efficiency.

FINITE ELEMENT VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURES WITH CRACK

Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev

For the identification of vibro-diagnostic signs of the emergence of fatigue cracks a finite-element analysis of the structure, a crack which is modeled by Gap-elements. Given test calculations on the example beams-walls without cracks and cracks, which confirmed the correctness of the description of dynamic process. Given also the experiment on revealing of diagnostic signs of the presence of cracks in the structure. The comparison of numerical and field experiments have shown qualitative coincidence: reduction in natural frequencies, the appearance of combination frequencies and amplitudes grow them with increasing depth of the crack.

Key words: finite element modeling, Gap-element, response, spectrum response, matching frequency.

THE APPLICATION OF THERMOELECTRIC GENERATORS WITH VESSELS

Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev

Are examined the utilization «of worthless», the lost into the environment, energies as one of the methods of increasing the effectiveness of fuel-use on the ships. Application for producing the electrical energy in the running regimes of the thermoelectric generators, which use heat of the exhaust gases, is practical solution of this problem.

Key words: the utilization of heat exhaust gases, main engines, thermoelectric generator, critical time of operation
